Employer

“Language is merely a means of communication to achieve the goal, not the goal itself. We believe in creating a better world where those in need have access to healthcare regardless of whether they can express themselves in the same language or not.”

Facilitate Communication
Many newcomers face homesickness and a feeling of being lost in their new surroundings. By providing guidance to both our talents and employers, we ensure a smooth transition for the talents, promote their integration and ultimately establish a strong team that benefits both the healthcare sector and the professionals.
Two-Track Intercultural Awareness
Develop intercultural awareness with a dual approach, combining practical insights and interactive learning for effective cross-cultural communication.
About German Culture
We want our talents to learn about the different aspects of German life, such as the stories of the Easter Bunny, the asparagus season, Father’s Day and other typical German traditions, so that they not only understand them but also look forward to actively participating in these days.
About Indian Culture
Talents feel truly accepted and tend to see the new country as their own when employers value their culture. We want to empower not only your staff but also your patients to have interesting conversations – be it about the dot on the forehead of Indians, the science of eating with your hands or many more colorful stories.
