The Spark That Ignited It All
Faced with life's unexpected challenges, Vineeta, a long-time resident of Germany, encountered an unexpected obstacle when a family member in India required urgent care. This personal ordeal highlighted the urgent need for timely support for professionals in Germany who find themselves in similar situations. Driven by this realization, Vineeta founded Bridge Now with the strong belief that "Good Care Can't Wait!"
In her social entrepreneurship focused on providing care to the elderly, Vineeta identified a key problem – the shortage of caregivers in Germany. She leveraged her extensive network across Asia, Eastern Europe and Germany to create a model that addresses the shortage of caregivers while providing employment opportunities to motivated youth from India.
The result was a comprehensive approach to recruitment and integration, with diverse talent not only filling the gaps in German companies but also seeing Germany as their future home, reflecting Vineeta’s own transformative experience.
At Bridge Now, our foundation is built on a commitment to foster a deep sense of belonging and acceptance. Beyond simply addressing the labor shortage, our evolving story at Bridge Now aims to create a thriving community where talent blossoms, businesses thrive, and people find common ground in Germany.

Vineeta, Founder & CEO
Vineeta is a multifaceted professional who combines her technical, consulting and legal background with expertise in recruitment, cross-cultural communication and integration. With over 10 years of experience in project and portfolio management consulting in India, UK, Germany, France and Spain, she has a comprehensive understanding of human resource management.
Vineeta’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from India and a Masters in Law and Economics from Bucerius|WHU. As the founder of Bridge Now and selected Indo German Young Leader 2023, Vineeta’s commitment to diversity aligns perfectly with Bridge Now’s mission to foster collaboration and build bridges between professional groups around the world.
Maren is a trained engineer and change manager. With more than three decades of experience in various positions in the aviation industry, she has accompanied numerous organizational changes and has been involved in hundreds of multinational collaborations.
She currently works as a consultant in the management team at Bridge Now, focusing on anticipating change and diversity for employees and employers. As an experienced project manager in intercultural environments, she focuses on mindsets, attitudes and inclusion at Bridge Now.
Her lifelong commitment to scientific and cultural studies underscores her dedication to continuous learning. Her goal is to facilitate smooth and individualized transitions in times of constant change. Maren loves being a creative problem solver and believes that nothing is impossible.
Maren, Management Consultant
Mohit, Intercultural Communication Expert
Mohit is a business professional with experience in change management, business transformation, project management and business relationship management. Through his daily work in an international environment, he has gained valuable experience and insights into various aspects and methods of individual leadership in all areas of life.
Originally from India, he has been living in Germany for 16 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in India, a Master’s degree in Mechatronics in Germany and an MBA in International Management in France. He is a multilingual communicator with a passion for intercultural competence, goal setting, total leadership, emotional intelligence, yoga, meditation, mindfulness and the science of happiness.
His passion is to share his knowledge and coach leaders, professionals and students who work in a multicultural environment and want to make a difference in the world.
